If you use the Water Distributor with a GARDENA smart Water Computer, you do not need an additional base unit, as the Water Distributor works in combination with a Water Computer such as the GARDENA MasterControl or similar models. The Water Distributor itself does not regulate the pressure, but distributes the water according to the programming of the Water Computer.

You can connect the water distributor to a hose on the tap to operate various garden tools such as a garden shower or a lawn sprinkler. The distributor does not require any programmes and works mechanically, which means that it does not need a battery or electricity. You can easily control the outlets using the control lever and close unused outlets with end caps.

No, the distributor has max. 6 outputs and min. 2. The water flow switches this over every time. I.e. when the water flow is interrupted, it switches to the next number. That is why the computer needs it!

This automatic water distributor, can only be used with our two watering computers, articles: Gardena C1060 plus and Gardena C1060 solar + special programme 15. The computers are operated with a 9V alkaline battery or rechargeable battery. The water distributor switches one output after the other purely mechanically. If water pressure is present, one output is open. If the water supply is closed, it is switched to the next output by spring force. The inlet pressure must be at least 1 bar and a minimum of 20 litres per hour must flow through. With the article: Gardena C2030 duo plus the special programme 15 for the water distributor is not available and the two outlets can only be controlled a maximum of 3 times each per day. For this reason, the water distributor cannot be used with the C 2030 duo plus.
