I have found replacement chains at Conrad.ch, or I have also seen them at Jumbo. Just a different product. Otherwise in specialist shops, just a bit more expensive.

It needs two 18 volt batteries. There is an offer with charger for 169.- here. The batteries are good and last a long time. I wouldn't use any weaker than the 5-Ah ones offered there.

Hello, unfortunately no. I also have a charger with 2 batteries (197570-9) and the cordless grass shears. I am satisfied. I was able to use the saw to tend a small apple tree, but I had to change the battery to get it exactly right, so I recommend the saw model with 2 batteries. depending on use, I may need 2 additional batteries. Everything looks robust, I am very satisfied

Yes, of course, everything you need is included. You only have to buy chain oil. Good device, I can recommend it.
