No, I recommend adding the compressed air set from Metabo. That's what I did. Item number 8495805. It includes a spiral hose, gun, paint sprayer and tyre pressure gun. Currently for just under 50, that's a bargain. I also bought it that way.
I don't have an adaptor. I just cut out the plug and replaced it with a three-pin Swiss plug.

Hello, this item is supplied without a wall bracket. However, I could imagine that the 4 rubber feet could be unscrewed and the compressor screwed onto a suitable wooden board. The board could then be attached to the wall or directly to the floor using brackets. Have fun!

Good day Adapter is included, hose, pneumatic filler is not included. I ordered the set from Metabo, air nipples are mounted with the set. I am very satisfied with the product. Greetings Steini

According to research, the only difference seems to be the power cable. On the manufacturer's website, both products are described with exactly the same technical specifications. While Metabo Basic 160 comes with a power adapter according to the product specifications available to us, the Metabo Basic 160-6 W OF should have a Swiss plug.
