The oven takes around 20 minutes to preheat to 450 °C (850 °F) and is then ready to bake the pizza. The pizza can then be baked in just 90 seconds. A boost function ensures that the stone quickly returns to temperature between baking processes.

I have already reached a base temperature of approx. 400 degrees (1-2 min for a pizza with a relatively high water content of "75%")

Well, I don't have 400V at home... so it runs on 230V! It reaches the promised temperature and creates wonderful pizzas in 1.5 to max 2 minutes :)
