With the Rademacher DuoFern Universal Dimmer, a cozy lighting atmosphere enters your smart home. The dimming actuator switches and dims all dimmable 230V light sources such as incandescent bulbs, HV halogen lamps, retrofit HV LEDs, as well as electronic transformers for halogen or LED lamps via the HomePilot. The dimmer is suitable for both phase-cut and phase-control systems. Phase-cut and phase-control are methods of switching alternating current. With this circuit, the power of a lamp can be controlled with the light dimmer. The DuoFern Universal Dimmer automatically detects the type of load of the connected light source and selects the appropriate dimming principle. With extensive automation functions, the wireless dimmer perfectly adapts the lighting to your life and daily routine.

The DuoFern Universal Dimmer offers you the following functions: Intermediate value function: the dimmer always first adjusts to the set value. Staircase function: the smart home lamp automatically turns off after a predetermined time. Dimming speed: the dimmer gradually increases to the pre-set brightness. Fine-tuning: the minimum and maximum brightness can also be manually adjusted to different light sources. Thanks to its compact and slim design, retrofitting into existing flush-mounted boxes is no problem. The dimmer is compatible with all sockets and socket systems. In addition to operation via smartphone using the HomePilot app, it can also be controlled by wireless transmitters. Additionally, switches for manual operation on-site can be connected. Details: The wireless universal dimmer has a transmission frequency of 434.5 MHz and a maximum transmission power of 10 mW. The diameter is approximately 48 mm, and the height is about 20 mm.
