Scheppach HC20Si-Twin

Claimed performances are technically correct but misleading:
- 200L/min is the intake, output is 89 l/min @ 1 bar
- 54 dB(A) is measured 7m away, actual sound power level is 80 dB(A)
(realistic figures are from the owner's manual)
With that said, it is still a good product. It is definitely and noticeably quieter than most compressors. Plus its large tank and high maximum pressure (10 bar) mean you can use most tools despite the relatively low output volume (you'll just have to take breaks). Finally, the form factor is well thought out: not top heavy and reasonably easy to move around.
I use the compressor in the hobby cellar for occasional work such as painting, blowing out, stapling, for which there is more than enough power. The compressor is very very very quiet and does not disturb in any way when working. I can also recommend the trolley format, but the handle is fixed with plastic clips, so I'm still a little sceptical about how long it will last.

I live in the neighbourhood and have a small workshop for myself. It was very important to me to have a compressor that doesn't disturb my neighbours so that I can also spontaneously inflate something for the children on Sundays....
