The REMS Nano battery pipe cutter is a portable tool for precise, right-angle cuts on multilayer pipes up to DN 40 (10-40 mm diameter) without external burr formation. This lightweight machine weighs only 2.1 kg and offers high mobility and easy handling for on-site applications. Powered by a 10.8 Vdc lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 1.3 Ah, it delivers 270 W of power at 130 rpm through a maintenance-free drive system. Three hardened precision steel counter-pressure rollers ensure low-friction rotation and secure pipe guidance throughout the working area. The stable, torsion-free aluminum construction guarantees right-angle cuts, while the specially shaped cutting wheel accommodates various pipe types, including stainless steel (12-28 mm), carbon steel (12-28 mm), and copper (10-35 mm). Safety features include an electronic charge level control with deep discharge protection, a safety peak switch, and temperature monitoring (NTC) to prevent overheating and overcharging. The lithium-ion fast charger operates at 230 V, 50-60 Hz, and 65 W for short charging times without memory effect at maximum battery capacity.
