With selectable NO (normally open) and NC (normally closed) circuits, the detector can be used both in combination with an alarm system (e.g., in entry areas) and for automatic lighting control in stairwells. Additionally, the motion detector features a built-in tamper switch that automatically triggers a circuit if someone attempts to tamper with its housing. This manipulation detection is crucial for efficient protection when used in an alarm system. The motion detector offers various settings, allowing you to choose whether the circuit should trigger immediately upon detecting movement or only after two movements are detected within 10 seconds. This is particularly helpful in preventing false alarms due to unfavorable environmental conditions. A blinking LED on the housing indicates detected movements but can be completely deactivated if it is bothersome.
