This belt winder is a recessed model with a hinge system. Roller shutter belts with a width of 23 mm can be used. A belt is not included with this model. The belt winder is designed for at least 20,000 movement cycles. The hole spacing is 165/185 mm.

Our installation suggestion:

1. Close your roller shutter.
2. Unscrew the old belt winder from the wall and detach the belt. Caution! Do not injure yourself during this process. There is a lot of tension on the spool.
3. Thread the belt through the belt guide into the new belt winder (for multi-part belt winders, please do not forget the cover plate).
4. Secure the belt inside the winder to the designated holder.
5. Release the belt winder. By turning the winder, the belt will be wound onto the spool (pay attention to the direction of rotation).
6. Now mount the new belt winder in the wall.
7. Test your roller shutter. It should operate flawlessly.
8. Close the roller shutter box.
