The ROMAX NANO iJAW pressing jaw with contour U and a nominal diameter of 25 mm is ideally suited for system-compliant crimping of fittings for plastic pipe systems. The pressing jaw communicates reliably and in real-time with the pressing machine via an integrated RFID sensor. This allows for the clear identification of the respective NANO iJAW pressing jaw in use, and the crimping processes performed are subsequently stored directly on the jaw, even if it has been used on different NANO pressing machines. The data can then be read, sent, and archived via the ROTHENBERGER app. A longer lifespan of the pressing jaw and precise crimping are achieved through a special partial laser hardening process called DURA LAZR TEC. As a result, wear within the pressing contour is minimized, and the crimping cycles are doubled compared to the previous model. The quality of the pressing jaw throughout its lifespan is perfected by optimized corrosion protection. With the integration of a 3-bolt synchronous mechanism, opening the pressing jaw in daily use becomes effortless (one-finger operation).
