The Schabus Sensor SHT 5006 is equipped with two nickel-plated brass contacts that are injected into white plastic. As soon as water touches the two contacts, the water detector triggers an alarm. This new, improved version features a wide notch that reliably prevents existing water films and condensation bridges. The cable length of the sensor can be extended up to a maximum of 50 m, with a cross-section not exceeding 2x 0.14 mm².

The sensor is an accessory for water detectors SHT 5000, 5001, and 5002 and can also be used with water detectors SHT 216, 217, 218, and 240.
