The NSX mounting plate system for busbars simplifies the installation of 4-pole NSX 100-250 circuit breakers. Power distribution is done via a busbar. The mounting plate is attached directly by snapping onto the busbar, thus providing a mechanical and electrical connection. The busbar axis is 60 mm wide. Depending on the cross-section of the bars, the busbar connected to the terminals can withstand a maximum current of 630 A.

This system offers numerous advantages such as space savings in switch cabinets and easy connection. Additionally, it ensures a quick, safe, and reliable electrical and mechanical connection. The protection class IP20 is achieved through the use of busbars and end covers. Furthermore, the system allows for easier maintenance as well as flexibility and modularity of the installation.
