Product details

For system design. Indoor presence detection. When the KNX ARGUS presence detector detects small movements in the room, data telegrams are sent via KNX to simultaneously control lighting, blinds, or heating, for example. In brightness-dependent motion detection for lighting control, the device continuously checks the brightness in the room. If there is sufficient natural light, the device turns off artificial light even if a person is present. The delay time can be set via ETS. With integrated bus coupler. Designed for wall mounting in a 60mm installation box, optimal use at 2.2m height. With anti-creep protection.

Software functions KNX: Five motion/presence blocks. Up to four functions can be triggered per block. Telegrams: 1 Bit, 1 Byte, 2 Byte. Normal operation, Master, Slave, Monitoring, Security pause, Lock function. Two motion sensors: Sensitivity and range can be set separately for each sensor. Learnable stair lighting time. The brightness value can be detected via the internal and/or an external light sensor. Value correction. Detection angle 180 degrees. Range 8m left/right, 12m forward (at a mounting height of 2.20m). Mounting height 2.2m or 1.1m at halved range. Time adjustable in steps from 1s to 8min (potentiometer) or adjustable from 1s to 255 hours (ETS). Number of levels 6. Number of zones 46. Number of motion sensors 2, separately adjustable. Light sensor: internal light sensor continuously adjustable from approx. 10 to 2000 Lux (ETS), external light sensor via KNX.

EU directives: Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC and EMC Directive 2004/108/EC.

Scope of delivery: With bus connection terminal and mounting plate. With cover segments to restrict the detection area. Material: Brilliant thermoplastic. Color: Lotus white.
