The development of the new G 1000 series consciously focused on the essential functions of measurement technology. The devices also impress with their ergonomics, dust and water protection according to IP 65/67, and display lighting. The ECO 522 is a universal wide-range conductivity meter with a robust 2-pole measuring cell for measurements ranging from deionized water (cleaning processes, aquaristics) to seawater with up to 100.0 mS/cm. The ECO 523 is equipped with a stainless steel ultrapure water measuring cell and specializes in high-resolution measurements of ultrapure water, alcohol, solvents, and similar substances. The resolution can be as high as 0.001 µS/cm. The measuring devices can be used in areas such as aquaristics, aquaculture, plant cultivation, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, quality assurance, and service (e.g., reverse osmosis systems).
