The Corning C39407-A139-A12 termination tool is a versatile and practical aid for installing wires into IDC connectors. It is specifically designed for use with the 5000, 5000compact, 1000RT, and S71 series. With an integrated cutting device, it allows for the optional removal of excess cable lengths, while the extraction hook facilitates the release of contacted wires. This universal termination tool is suitable not only for all Corning distribution blocks but also for TE's LSA+ strips and 3M's BRCP distribution blocks. Particularly in tight spaces, the pulling aid proves useful as it simplifies the installation of jumper wires between ports and supports the passing of wires to the other side of a stand-alone distributor.
