Seedling Pots

• Seedling pots are made from a mixture of coconut fiber and wood substrate.
• No peat included.
• Sustainable and resource-efficient.

• Designed for direct planting into the soil, preventing "transplant shock" for the young plants.
• The breathable outer walls of the pots allow for the so-called 'Air Pruning Effect', which helps the cuttings develop a particularly healthy and well-branched root system.
• Due to air exchange at the roots, individual root strands dehydrate, which in turn stimulates the growth of additional root strands.
• The pots contain no fertilizer additives and no chemicals are used in the production process, including no chlorine-containing substances.
• Components: Coconut fiber core 55% (+/- 5%), wood pulp 45% (+/- 5%), lime (used to adjust the pH to 5.0 +/- 1.0), water.
• The pots are dried at 300 °C, making them sterile and germ-free.

Coconut Substrate

• Coconut expansion block approximately 70 liters of fine, loose planting substrate.
• 100% peat-free and un-fertilized.
• Coconut soil is a natural product, 100% purely organic, and a renewable resource compared to peat.
• Free from weed seeds, fertilizers, and pests.
• Good water retention capacity, meaning less watering and consistent moisture supply to the roots.
• Ensures oxygen supply to the roots, improves nutrient uptake, and promotes strong root development.
• Fully biodegradable and decomposes completely in the soil after about 5 years.
• Universally applicable and well-suited as a seedling and sowing soil for herbs, vegetables, ornamental plants, and exotics.
• Ideally suited for creating your own potting soil mixtures or for practical filling of raised beds.
