Error messages are sent via an app, and specialists can access the appliance remotely if necessary. Thanks to the condenser directly on the tank, the heat pump offers better efficiency than conventional hot water generators. To improve hot water comfort without increasing the temperature, users can set the amount of mixed water themselves. The electrical connection is simply made via the mains plug.
