The SunSun UVC clarifiers CUV-224, CUV-236, CUV-324, CUV-336, CUV-624, and CUV-336 are designed for direct connection to the filter. Larger UVC units must be connected via a hose.

The filter is set up at the pond's edge and connected to the water with a suitable pump. The water is passed through the filter and then returned to the pond cleaned.

Filters with connected UVC clarifiers must be installed at least 2 meters away from the water body in accordance with valid VDE guidelines.
