The 140 mm wide clamping area stabilizes flexible blades, centers and fixes conical blades, with an additional stop for high knives, such as kitchen knives. A movement between the two stops allows for the formation of a slightly convex edge. The robust construction features clamps made of zinc die-cast and stops made of fiberglass-reinforced composite material. It is perfectly balanced, with most of the weight distributed over the clamps, allowing for a particularly balanced sharpening process. The design glides with low friction resistance along the universal support, ensuring very smooth operation. This product can be combined with Tormek T-4, Tormek T-8, and older models.
