Processing & Installation
• Drill through the thermal insulation (Ø 30 mm)
• Measure the thermal insulation
• Create a drill hole in the building material and remove the plaster layer if necessary
• Clean the drill hole
• Shorten the threaded rods if necessary (Length = drill hole depth + insulation layer) and screw on the Iso Spacer
• In hollow blocks, use a sieve sleeve only. Insert it completely into the drill hole
• Fill the drill hole in the substrate 2/3 full or completely with composite mortar
• Insert the threaded rod with the pre-mounted Iso Spacer into the drill hole with a slight twisting motion
• Allow the composite mortar to cure
• Seal the gap with silicone
• Mount the attachment component.
