The Uvex Pheos B-WR safety helmet from Uvex is a lightweight, sturdy head protector with a long peak. It can be used universally thanks to the simple addition of a visor, ear defenders, safety spectacles or a lamp. This safety helmet combines maximum wearer comfort with optimum safety. A ventilation opening in the forehead area and two further openings at the back of the head guarantee good ventilation of the helmet. The width of the safety helmet can be infinitely adjusted using the rotating wheel system. The six-band textile suspension ensures a secure and comfortable fit. The polyethylene helmet shell is extremely dimensionally stable and can also withstand lateral loads. There is a slot for a head torch on the front of the Pheos B-WR safety helmet from Uvex. The Euroslot mounts on the side allow easy use of ear muffs and a Uvex Pheos visor system. The helmet fulfils the requirements of the EN 397 standard and is also resistant to low temperatures down to -30 °C and to metal splashes (MM = Molten Metal). This safety helmet is therefore very versatile and can be used in building construction, civil engineering and road construction as well as in industry.
