The VC-23 SE handheld multimeter from Voltcraft is designed for DIY purposes. This pocket-sized device can be operated with one hand and is suitable for a wide range of measurement tasks. Intelligent non-contact measurement of electric fields (NCV): The electric field strength is displayed using a traffic light system. Green indicates weak fields, yellow indicates medium-strength fields, and red indicates very high field strengths. An acoustic signal also sounds simultaneously.
