The housing and screw-on plate of the heavy-duty castor are made of solid industrial steel. The wheel body is made of thick-walled die-cast aluminium. The running surface of the wheel is coated with floor-protecting, abrasion-resistant and highly temperature-resistant polyurethane (PUR) to prevent punctures. The extremely hard-wearing castors can withstand the highest loads in industry and trade and can also be used in continuous operation over a long period of time. Particularly high quality: The wheel axles are not riveted but bolted, which allows the bolted connection to be retightened or the wheel to be replaced easily. The wheels are fitted with high-quality, extremely durable ball bearings for quiet running and excellent running properties. A thread guard prevents dirt and foreign objects from entering the axle area.
