With the 2wIP, a network connection can be established over a 2-wire line. Additionally, PoE is transmitted over the line. The adapter is scalable, allowing one transmitter to control up to 4 receivers. Cable lengths can reach up to 1500 m for coaxial, and 500 m for twisted pair or doorbell wire. The transmission speed is up to 180 MBit/s. It is multi-port, meaning one transmitter can manage up to 4 receivers. PoE provides up to 38 watts for all 4 receivers combined. No programming is required for basic configuration; it's plug and play—just plug it in, and it works. Grouping and monitoring can be done via software. It also works with SIP phones, access points, computers, etc. To set up the connection: connect one 2wIP to the network switch using a patch cable, establish a 2-wire connection with a second (and third, fourth, and fifth) 2wIP, ensuring proper polarity in the bus system. Plug the end device into the second 2wIP. That's it; the transmitters and receivers configure themselves automatically.
