The hammer mill grinds grain and wood chips quickly and effectively. The hammer mill for pellet production is impressive with its easy handling, a large feed hopper, and robust construction. The stable work table guarantees safe production at all times. With 2.2 kW power, the motor drives the 12 hammers in the mill, which reach a rotation speed of 2986 rpm. Thanks to the balanced performance values, you can achieve a production rate of 60 to 120 kg/h with the hammer mill. Note that the amount depends on the type of grain or raw material and the moisture content of the material. For best results, the humidity should not exceed 15%. The centrifugal forces that act on the grist during crushing drive the grains against the outer sieve. The size of the holes in the sieve determines how coarse your grinder will be. Hole sizes of 3, 4, and 7 mm are available for the hammer pulveriser. The finished ground material is released via a side ejector.
