The hammer mill quickly and effectively grinds grain and wood chips. The hammer mill for pellet production impresses with its ease of use, large hopper, and robust construction, allowing you to produce and process large quantities of ground products. The stable base ensures safe operation at all times. With a power of 4 kW, the motor drives the 16 hammers in the mill, reaching a speed of 2800 RPM. Thanks to its excellent performance, the hammer mill can achieve a production rate of 200 - 300 kg/h. Please note that the amount depends on the type of grain or raw material as well as the moisture content of the material. For best results, the moisture should not exceed 15%. The centrifugal forces acting on the material during grinding push the grains against the outer sieve. The size of the holes in the sieve determines how coarse your grind will be. For the hammer mill, hole sizes of 2 and 4 mm are available. The finished ground material is specifically filled into a cyclone.
