Whether you want to produce large quantities of pellets for feeding, fertilization, or heating cost-effectively, the WIE-PM-500 pellet machine from Wiesenfeld, experts in high-quality agricultural supplies, allows you to produce up to 100 kg of feed pellets per hour or process up to 60 kg/h of wood shavings. The material is pressed through a 120 mm nozzle under high pressure. The pressure and heating up to 60 to 80 °C create densely pressed pellets, which can have a diameter ranging from 2.5 to 10 mm due to the seven interchangeable die plates. This heating process ensures that the pellets have a longer shelf life.

The feed pellet machine, which is very mobile thanks to four sturdy wheels, is powered by a 3,000 W electric motor. The intuitive machine is equipped with a centrally located emergency stop button that is easily accessible at all times. A protective grid (grid 37 x 37 mm) in the hopper prevents foreign objects from falling into the press or someone from reaching in with their hand and getting seriously injured.
