Whether you want to produce large quantities of pellets for feeding, fertilizing, or heating at low cost, the pellet machine WIE-PM-500 from Wiesenfield, the experts in high-quality agricultural supply, allows you to produce up to 100 kg of feed pellets per hour or process up to 60 kg/h of wood chips. The material is pressed at high pressure through a 120-mm die. The pressure and heating up to 60 to 80 °C produce firmly pressed pellets, which have a diameter of between 2.5 and 10 mm due to the seven exchangeable perforated discs. This heating process makes the pellets last longer.

The feed pellet machine, which is very mobile thanks to four stable castors, is powered by a 3,000 W electric motor. The intuitive machine is equipped with a centrally located emergency stop switch that is easily accessible at all times. A protective grid (grid 37 x 37 mm) in the feed hopper prevents foreign bodies from falling into the press or someone reaching in with their hand and seriously injuring themselves.
