Product details

Special side cutter with an additional function for electrical installation. Suitable for work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. Design features a low-wear, inserted joint with high-load riveting. The Wiha DynamicJoint ensures optimal transfer of hand force to the cutting edges. Energy-saving, clean cutting is achieved through specially milled precision cutting edges. Durable cutting edges are enhanced by additional inductive hardening to approximately 62 HRC. The rear cutting area near the joint is suitable for medium-hard and hard wires, while the front cutting area is designed for soft wire, featuring precision stripping stations for single-core conductors of 1.5 mm² and 2.5 mm². The head shape is semi-round, Swedish form. Standards: DIN ISO 5749. Manufactured according to IEC 60900:2004. Material: Special tool steel, heat-treated.
