The stainless steel replacement boiler for use in sanitary cold/hot water systems, suitable for almost all domestic waterworks, solar and pressurised systems as well as garden pumps.

This 24 litre stainless steel pressure vessel is supplied with a membrane. The tank is designed for a maximum pressure of 5.4 bar and is supplied in a horizontal design with a mounting plate for a domestic waterworks. The tank is tested for leaks by the manufacturer with a water pressure of up to 5.4 bar.

The diaphragm vessel has a 32.89-33.25 mm (old: 1 inch) connection. In addition, the pressure tank has an integrated valve (comparable to a car tyre valve) to control or regulate the back pressure for the membrane.

These pressure vessels are welded from quality steel sheets according to UNI-EN standards and are equipped with a heat and ageing resistant membrane. The membrane is easy to replace.

Via the inlet pressure in the diaphragm vessel:

The pre-pressure should be approx. 0.1-0.2 bar below the switch-on pressure of the pump and must be checked at regular intervals. Failure to do so may result in damage to the diaphragm of the pressurised diaphragm vessel. A more precise calculation results from the pump switch-on pressure x 0.9. Example: Switch-on pressure on the pressure switch of the domestic water unit is set to 1.5 bar: 1.5 bar x 0.9 = 1.3-1.4 bar.

Important: The boiler pressure should only be pumped up or released when the pressure on the water system has been released.

Caution:
Before opening a diaphragm boiler, be sure to release the air and water pressure!
