The WilTec float switch is a hollow float that operates on the principle of buoyancy.

This hollow float is lifted by the rising liquid until a switching action is triggered at an angle of 50° to the horizontal. The float switch can be mounted laterally via a screw connection or suspended from above into the liquid in open containers.

With the standard weighting, the switching point can be optimally set. The float is suitable for monitoring the level of nearly all liquids that do not attack its material, regardless of the degree of contamination. You can use the float switch as a high or low level indicator, for controlling pumps and valves, or for alarm notifications. It is compatible with almost all pumps and comes with a 2 m cable.

If your pump has a power rating of more than 1.1 kW, you should use a commercially available contactor or a corresponding power relay. A 380 V contactor can also control 380/400 V three-phase pumps.
