With this polishing machine and the two polishing discs, you can polish the surface of various materials. The two polishing discs are made of hard fabric and have a diameter of 200 mm, a width of 25 mm and a bore of 20 mm. They reach speeds of 2950 rpm. The robust housing and cast iron base as well as four rubber feet ensure a stable hold.

The hard design makes the polishing discs ideal for pre-polishing. However, cleaning or smoothing is also easy thanks to the firm fabric cover. The polishing discs can be used on various surfaces. These include metals, alloys, plastics, acrylic glass and wood. They are also ideal for removing scratches from hard metals such as iron, steel or stainless steel.

Depending on the desired polishing result, you can equip the double sander with other polishing discs (not included). Simply attach the discs to the two holes provided. You can also use polishing paste (not included) for your work. The respective combination of polishing disc and paste achieves mirror-smooth to matt surfaces.
