Unlike grilling on a grate, cooking on a rotisserie is healthier, as the continuous rotation prevents the dripping of grill juices into the fire. The rotation of the spit also prevents the food from burning and ensures a crispy crust.

We offer a pair of meat clamps made from chromated steel. These grill clamps secure the food on the spit. Our clamps fit all types of skewers (square, hexagonal, round). The meat clamps can be used for skewers with a diameter between 5 and 11 mm.

The short prongs, measuring about 8 cm in length, are spaced 7 cm apart; the long prongs, measuring 11 cm in length, are spaced 8 cm apart.
