The XPOtool sheet metal shears are also known as sheet metal nibblers, nibblers or sheet metal cutters and are the ideal tool for effortlessly cutting sheet metal and plastic sheets to your requirements. The sheet metal shears are powered by compressed air and can be used to process hard, soft, corrugated and smooth materials up to 1.3 mm thick. The powerful tool has a maximum speed of 3500 revolutions per minute. The maximum pressure is 6.2 bar and the air consumption is approx. 170 litres/min.

The sheet metal cutter makes continuous up and down movements in combination with a continuous feed, so that it pushes through the workpiece and is similar to a jigsaw in its approach. Cutting is performed by a single "tooth" that moves along the fixed cutting edge. A major advantage of sheet metal shears is that they can cut workpieces without deforming the material and without creating sparks. Instead, they glide through sheet metal, plastic and similar materials. The shears are hand-guided so that you have full control when processing and cutting workpieces.
