The lashing strap set from XPOtool contains four lashing straps with ratchet for optimum load securing. The two-part lashing straps are equipped with pointed hooks. These are attached to a suitable attachment point to secure the load. The lashing strap is then pulled through the ratchet and tensioned using the lever until the load is fixed in position thanks to the tensioning force.
The lashing straps are made of polyester, which makes them weather-resistant and dirt-repellent. They each have a length of the fixed end (LGF) of 0.4 m and a length of the loose end (LGL) of 5.6 m. The total length of each lashing strap (LG) is 6 m with a width of 35 mm.
The tension belts can be loaded with a maximum tensile force of 2000 daN (2000 kg). The pre-tensioning force (STF) is 200 daN and the manual tensile force (SHF) is 50 daN. This makes them ideal for securing luggage and furniture, for example. These lashing straps can be used to secure objects, for example in the boot of a car or on the loading area of a trailer. It should be noted that the lashing straps are not designed for lifting loads.
