The Yuasa NP7-12 battery offers good cycle stability, with more than 1000 discharge/recharge cycles expected depending on average discharge intensity. It has a long life with low self-discharge of 3% per month at 20°C.

The Yuasa NP7-12 is identical in construction to the Yuasa NPW36-12 battery. NP batteries can be permanently operated in a side position, while upside-down startup is only possible during a discharge process. Manufactured to ISO 9002 quality management standard and ISO 14001 environmental management standard. The electrolyte is bound in glass fibre fleece (AGM - Absorbing Glass Matt Technology), ensuring maintenance-free operation. It features excellent high current characteristics and a wide operating temperature range with appropriate temperature-dependent voltage compensation. The battery has very good charging efficiency and is classified as non-dangerous goods according to IATA, conforming to EN 61056-2.
