According to Thule I need the following mounts for the Hyundai I30 N-Line (2021): Thule Flush Rail Evo 710600 and the kit 186064. I am not sure which product to choose.

That's what happened to me at the time. I bought the wrong fixing kit. The best thing is to go to a Thule dealer. Then it will be fine.
