Are these Thule WingBar Edge the same as the Thule Flush Rail Edge feet and kit 186028 so that they fit on the XC90 (2022)?

The article Thule WingBar Edge (Art.-No.406802) is a complete package including 4 feet and 2 load carriers. A vehicle-specific mounting kit is required for mounting the carrier and would have to be ordered separately accordingly: Thule Kit 186028
