Can anyone tell me how far apart the two holes at the top and the hole at the bottom need to be drilled? Preferably the width and height of the hole spacing. Thanks a lot

Distance at the top 11cm, distance from the top holes to the bottom: 31.5cm. So measured with the double metre not ultra exact, especially top to bottom.
