I supplied mine via the bell wire, but I've also seen instructions for PoE with it. So no, no NT included.

I didn't have a power adapter with me. Powered with USB-C.
Unifi offers Ubiquiti IP CAM Acc Ubiquiti UACC-Adapter-DBAC
But I think a normal USB-C adapter with enough power will do.
