Yes, I also have problems with the installation. I have already sent it back to Galaxus once for repair. The new one has another problem, but impossible to install. Netatmo contacted but after 1 week still no answer. So the expense of Fr. 310 in the air. Not recommendable

Have not been able to get the video doorbell to work reliably with this chime in 2 months with the help of the electrician and Netatmo support. I have now replaced the chime.
