Question about Black & Decker Stc1820cm
Hello, how heavy is the trimmer on its own, i.e. without the "chassis"? And how many decibels when you use the trimmer on its own? I'm assuming it's a bit quieter when you use it with the "chassis" because it dampens the sound a bit? Kind regards!

The chassis is made of plastic, so it's not heavy. I'd say less than 1kg. The noise in eco mode is less than in full speed mode, but it's not really attenuated by the chassis, at least I haven't noticed any difference. Since it's electric, the noise is less than a petrol brushcutter.
