Hello, I have a question. Is it normal for the appliance to heat up during operation? The first time we used it, we noticed at the end that the appliance was quite warm. Thank you very much for your feedback.

I have used the appliance a total of four times: twice for carpets, once for a mat and once for cleaning a car. I didn't have any problems. Compared to other appliances on the market, this model has a much stronger suction power. If the surface you are cleaning is particularly hard or resistant, this could be the cause of the heating.
