I'm not otherwise familiar with DACIA, but below is an explanation from the manufacturer about this bike carrier
There is a list of vehicles approved for this bike carrier. I have just made the request to the factory.
On the other hand, this bike rack is still for sale (little used and good price), because in the meantime, I've changed cars and this model no longer fits.

What's more, loading is easier and using car parks or garages is generally no problem. The Fischer tailgate bike carrier is suitable for 2 bikes from 12" to 29" / 30 - 74 cm (or 1 bike + 1 mountain bike) with a frame diameter of up to 6 cm. It comes pre-assembled for hassle-free use. The tailgate bike carrier is foldable and can be stored compactly.

You'll have to google it on the internet. I have a Skoda Superb and it didn't fit. I had to send it back. It was also too narrow for my bike

I have it on a Renault Grand Scenic and is similar to the Dacia Jogger. This bike carrier can be easily customised.

I can't say, I don't have this car.
