Question about EcoFlow Delta Pro (EU)

Hello, we don't have any experience with the EcoFlow yet. We have not yet connected the DeltaPro to solar power, but only to the house power supply for charging. Unfortunately, many things don't work as we imagined... We are currently struggling with the app's settings for the discharge state of charge. We have set from 30-50%, yet it charges at the actual state of 85%. My understanding is that it should start charging to 50% at a battery level of 30%? Does anyone have a tip for us or have we misinterpreted the setting? Thank you very much!

Try discharging the batteries completely first (e.g. connect a washing machine or electric oven) and then charge them to 100%. Possibly twice in succession. Do the same with an additional battery. The update must also be carried out a second time with an additional battery.

To the left of the power connection for charging is a slide switch called the "AC charging speed switch". When the switch is "up", it charges what is maximally possible. When the switch is "down", the limits of the EcoFlow app are used.

Hello
I forgot to ask if you have done the last update.
Best regards Viktor

Hello
Actually, charging from 30 to 50% should work. For me, this works without any problems with the EcoFlow Delta Pro. But it doesn't work properly with the additional battery, which often goes uncontrolled up to 100%. Ask the helpline about this.
I found useful information on the following YouTube channel, which reports continuously. https://youtu.be/VFczmmdRk8...
Good luck to you Viktor
