I strongly recommend that you clarify this with support.
On the one hand it concerns the plug and on the other hand the appliance socket. In some cases, only a fixed adapter (Schuko to T13) is included for the plug, but the appliance socket is still the standard Schuko socket, i.e. not suitable for 3-pin CH plugs. (type 13/type 23). This makes little sense.
