Hello I have had the pad for about two months. However, the finger sensor does not work with my 5-year-old son. I have already registered four fingers. Is there any experience of small fingers still not being recognised? Troublesome...

According to research: Recognition problems can occur with very small fingers. The sensor is optimised for larger finger surfaces, which is why children's fingers are often not reliably detected.
