Hello I need a so-called noise suppression kit from Netatmo because my doorbell makes noise all the time. According to the help page, you can request such a kit. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from Netatmo for days. Do you know a supplier where I can get the kit?

Good evening, indeed the so-called noise suppression kit should only be found at Netatmo as they write. When I had problems installing the doorbell with my ringtone, I chose to remove the original ringtone, buy a HomePod mini from Apple, connect the doorbell to the power supply only (with its transformer) and connect the doorbell with HomePod to hear the ringtone. Netatmo usually takes a few days to respond, but they usually answer. Tip? Disconnect the ringer completely and connect a speaker ( I bought HomePod.....
