Hello, I'd like to know if this vacuum-cleaner vacuums carpets very well or is it not so efficient? Another question: in the event of a problem (breakdown or other), is it easy to contact Tineco's after-sales service? Can I send the hoover back to them from Switzerland, for example, if it breaks down?

This appliance is not suitable for carpets. The Carpet One for example is dedicated to this. I exchanged it once on the Tineco site by "Chat" and it was efficient. Otherwise, in the event of a breakdown, I'll go directly to Galaxus. I hope I've been able to help you :-)
