I have checked and the official app "Ninja Pro Connect" cannot be downloaded in Switzerland. It seems to be possible in Germany. This also seems to have been noted by some people and commented on here. I have passed this on and a small note has already been added. We are now checking all the brand's products that offer app support and are considering a solution.
