I connected my EcoFlow Delta Pro to three solar panels (1200 W) and to the mains at a campsite. On the output side, I connected an IV heater, the fridge, some light and small appliances. I set the discharge/charge level to 30-50% via the app. If the battery charge is less than 50%, the unit charges via the solar panels and unfortunately also via the mains connection. If the solar panels supply enough power, the mains connection should be able to be switched off via the app, or the mains power even switches off automatically. Is there such a setting that can be made via the mobile phone?
Unfortunately, I can't control the mains current via the app or automatically either.
I have set the discharge/charge status to 0-90% (100% if necessary). Switched the mains connection via a simple timer during the low tariff. Set the charging current to 200 to 400 watts (or more) depending on the consumer. This means that the EcoFlow is charged in the morning. During the day, the consumers are powered by the battery and, if the sun is shining, by the solar panels. If there is a lot of sun, the battery is full in the evening and the grid is only used for recharging at low tariffs. If I don't need AC power at night, I use the app to switch off the inverter (which always uses electricity), but be careful with the fridge.
I hope the info helps. Best regards Viktor
I am about to discuss the problem of "prioritising" solar power with EcoFlow. Not so easy! Actually, it should be possible to switch the grid connection through an APP function, because EcoFlow Delta Plus can also control the external Smart Generator. Time will tell.
Unfortunately, the setting "Auto switch on/off Smart Generator" is only intended for the Smart Generator.
